#O2-1##O2-2# ScopeBox doesn't work when connected to Launch Tablet

Error Status Scope Box O2-1/O2-2, connect to Launch Tablet, don't show any signal. Debugging Steps 1. Need power scope box with a 12V DC power supply. you can use a double-clamp power cable connect to the vehicle battery to power the scope box during vehicle testing. 2. Check USB management is Open or not, keep it open. 3. Connect Scopebox to tablet through a USB cable, Once hooped up, pop up a window, tick "Use by Default for the USB device", then OK. If there are no windows pops up, try another USB cable, or use a flash drive to test whether the tablet USB port is normal or not. everything is ready, Signal out.  (here we use scope box test signal as input)

 Steps >Setting>System>About Device>Click 5 times "Build number" >Setting>System>Developer Options>Turn on "USB debugging" >Open Calculator> input "!^!^3646633^!^!" >Slide left 4 times >Select MTKLogger >Click the bottom red triangle button to start log collection > Start repeating the bug and then switch back to log collection software, click the bottom square to stop log collection. >Home page>ES File Explorer >Find "mtklog" folder and then copy this folder to a flash drive and send it to the engineer.

Repeat the bug, please.  Then,  upload, and send the sn.

 Steps 1. Download the new database and rename it to Launchdata.mdb. 2. paste it to X931 software folder and replace the old version.

Error info The Graphics mode 2506*1440 32/24/16bits per pixel is not supported. Solution Enter "display setting" to see whether you can change the res to 2560*1440, if not, then you need a different monitor which can support this resolution. desktop>right mouse button>Display setting> set resolution to 2560*1440, if not exist, change to another monitor which can support this resolution.

#X931 Solution# mfc140.dll/msvcp140.dll/MSVCP140.dll was not found solution

 Error info the code execution cannot proceed because mfc140u.dll was not found, reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
