Homepage> Tech2Tech> Contacts> type in the sn to be assisanted> Search

> Click Remote Diagnose> Request Control Remote Device 

> Wait Tom accept the request


Device to be assistant Side( Tom)

Homepage> Log in App

> Accept the request sent by Jake, and then tech2tech starts.
